Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which is based on the theory that the feet and hands possess zones which directly correspond to different areas of the body. Areas of congestion in the feet can indicate problems in particular areas of the body. The Reflexologist uses fingers and thumbs to apply pressure to different reflex points on the feet which can help to remove this congestion and restore balance to the body.

Reflexology is very relaxing and having regular treatments helps to provide relief from stress as well as providing a sense of well-being. Reflexology is non-intrusive, only requiring the removal of shoes and socks and is suitable for people of all ages. Alternatively, I also provide Hand Reflexology. This is a lovely alternative for those who don’t like to have their feet touched or are unable to have Reflexology carried out on the feet.
